Name: Tanasi Watercolor Workshop
Date: June 16, 2018
Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EDT
Event Description:
Join Tanasi Arts as we learn the art watercolor painting. Attendees will enjoy a fun day of painting still life objects that capture the spirit of Northeast Tennessee. No prior experience is required, and all supplies will be furnished. Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch, though! Participants will be given a drawing to work with designed by Barbara Jernigan. Then then they will create a painting using a batik technique, applying watercolor within an acrylic paint outline. The event will take place at the Heritage Museum’s covered outdoor pavilion, so dress appropriately. Register today as the event is limited to 20 people. If you need hearing, vision, or Spanish language translation assistance, please mark the appropriate selection in the registration form online. Registration is recommended but not required. Register today at www.tanasiarts.org/event-registration. Email tanasiarts@gmail.com if you have any questions!
